Don't just speak about it;
BE about it
Jamie is a thoughtful and dynamic mentor. She has coached me on how to have productive tough conversations, taking my career to the next level and even how to network. What I appreciate the most, however, is her constructive criticism. She has a way of disarming my defenses so that I am able to take a good look at myself when necessary. Being that she is sincere and trustworthy, it is almost easy to have these tough conversations. I attribute much of my growth to her leadership and just watching her in action.
